	Background Mojca has over 15 years of clinical experience working in sports medicine, private practice, and hospital settings. Mojca is a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California's Occupational Therapy Masters Program. She is engaged in research and is an author of both academic papers and books relating to hand therapy. Prior to working in the field of hand and upper extremity therapy, Mojca was a world-class swimmer and swam for USC and Canada. In 1988, she swam in the 200m butterfly at the Seoul Olympics and was ranked 1st in the world in that event in 1989.

	Background Kim has 3 years of clinical experience working in private practice treating injuries of the hand and upper extremity. Kim conducted interships at UCLA Medical Center,the Lanterman Development Center, Brotman Medical Center, and at Advanced Therapy Center. Prior to that she volunteered at the Pediatric Therapy Network. Prior to working in the field of hand and upper extremity therapy, Kim played on the University of Southern California club volleyball team for 2 years.
